IQinAbox Privacy Policy helps you understand what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it and how we protect, store, export and delete it.

Personal information is information that can identify you as a person. It can, for example, be e-mail address, street name, telephone number, etc.

 

What personal data do we process?

The type of information that IQinAbox processes about you can be:

    • Purchasee and payment history

It should be mentioned that IQinAbox does not process sensitive information about you.

 

How do we collect your personal data?

In general, IQinAbox collects personal data directly from you or via your business partners, e.g., feed suppliers and slaughterhouses.

 

We also use cookies and other tracking technologies when you use pigs365. dk or Iqinabox.com and when you interact with us by e-mail. We do this to optimize your experience of both IQinAbox and pigs365 and our sites. Please see our cookie policy for more information.

 

In some cases, we may also collect information about you from other sources. These sources can be data from third parties, our marketing partners, front end developers, public sources, or social media third parties.

Why do we process personal data?

This Privacy Policy applies when you interact with IQinAbox through our site pigs365.dk and we thereby process your personal data. This can be by:

 

Purchase and delivery

  • To process orders, invoicing, agreements, payments

  • To deliver offers for services directly to you, such as advice, webinars, reports, etc.

  • To create and facilitate users for our services

 

Support, improvements and statistical analyses

  • To improve and develop the quality, functionalities and user experiences of our products, services and pigs365.dk.

  • To provide offers for Customer Support for our products and services

Information about how personal data is processed in one of our many services is described in the respective data processing agreements. IQinAbox acts in such cases as a data processor and processes the data on behalf of and according to instructions given by the Customer. You will find the data processor agreements here

 

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

We process information on different legal bases.

 

Your consent

IQinAbox can also process your data based on a consent. For example, we ask for your consent to send you marketing e-mails in accordance with marketing legislation. You will always be able to withdraw your consent.

Legitimate interest

IQinAbox has a legitimate interest when we process your data for the purposes of marketing, security, support, improvement, and statistical analyses. Your personal data is processed from a business perspective in a way that we believe is consistent with your privacy rights.

In addition, IQinAbox processes data based on the legitimate interest if you register for a webinar, download reports or other content from our web pages and use our pigs365 communities. The legitimate interest is to provide you with correct content, carry out marketing and manage your requests (see the section on marketing below).

 

How do we share your personal data?

Internally

Personal information provided in connection with a visit to pig365.dk is processed and stored by IQinAbox in order to be able to offer you the best solutions.

 

Externally

IQinAbox may also share your personal data with external third parties in the following contexts:

Pigs365.dk user communities

If you make a post, comment or similar in pigs365 user communities or in other forums on pigs365.dk, such information can be read and used by anyone with access to such forums and used for purposes outside of IQinAbox, pigs365.dk or your own control. IQinAbox and pigs365 are not responsible for information you submit in such forums on pigs365.dk.

Business partners

IQinAbox may share your personal information with our partners if this is legitimate from a business perspective and is done in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

 

To what extent do we use subcontractors?

IQinAbox uses subcontractors to process personal data. These subcontractors are typically providers of cloud services or other IT hosting services.

When using subcontractors, IQinAbox will enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) with subcontractors to secure your personal data rights and to fulfill our obligations to our customers. When subcontractors are located outside the EU, IQinAbox ensures the legal basis for such international transfers on behalf of you or our customers, including by relying on the EU Model Clauses.

 

You are always welcome to request a more detailed overview of our subcontractors, including documentation of the legal basis for international transfers as mentioned above. (see contact information in the last section).

 

How long do we store your data?

IQinAbox only stores your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. When we process your personal data on other legal grounds, such as the legitimate interest, then we store data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the goal of the processing.

 

Therefore, your personal data may be subject to different retention policies based on the type of data and the purpose of collecting it.

 

Contact information stored for marketing purposes, including leads, no later than 36 months after the last recorded activity.

What are your rights?

Basic rights

You have the right to access your personal data by requesting an overview of the personal data that we process about you.

 

You also have the right to request that your personal data be transferred from one data controller to another, if it is technically possible and if the following two conditions are met:

 

  1. The processing of your information is automatic and is based on your consent or is necessary to fulfill a contract.

  2. You have provided the information that is processed yourself.

 

You must be aware that personal data includes all information that can be traced back to you, and therefore e.g. your shopping behavior and registration of your location also personal data.

 

You also have the right to request that IQinAbox correct inaccuracies in your personal data. If you have an account with IQinAbox for an IQinAbox website, this can usually be done through the relevant “Your Account” or “Your Profile” sections on the Pigs365.dk/Dashboard or by contacting IQinAbox info@iqinabox.com

In addition, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data and to restrict or object to our processing of your personal data in accordance with this statement or other service-specific terms.

Finally, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authorities in connection with our processing of your personal data.

 

Right to opt out of marketing communications

When you interact with IQinAbox, for example by visiting IQinAbox web pages, downloading content, participating in webinars and as part of using IQinAbox services, IQinAbox will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest. The purpose is to inform you about relevant content regarding our services.

IQinAbox delivers relevant content to you through direct marketing on social platforms, websites or in an IQinAbox service based on your preferences. The personal data processed is aggregated information about you, such as IP address, interests (where you clicked, etc.), username and device. This is done through technologies such as cookies and is called profiling.

IQinAbox uses email for marketing purposes, but only if you have given consent in accordance with national marketing legislation. If you have given consent, you always have the option to opt out of marketing as described below.

You have the option to opt out of marketing from IQinAbox and you can do so by:

We encourage you to review this statement regularly. If we make changes that significantly change our practices, we may also notify you in other ways. This may be by sending an email or posting a notice on our website or on our social media before the changes take effect.
